MyImage Digital uncovers the decisionmakers view on the following digital agency brands:

Decisionmakers are persons in companies with 20+ employees that influence the company’s choice of digital agencies and the purchase of digital agency services such as Customer Experience, eCommerce, MarTech, Data & analytics and Digital strategy.

Data are collected online in week 14-16 and the goal is to reach the following numbers of decisionmakers to participate:

  • Sweden: 600
  • Norway: 450
  • Netherlands: 375

We measure brand awareness, satisfaction, preference and image on the following eight image statements:

  • Creatively strong
  • Flexible and agile
  • Good at analyzing and applying data
  • Good at creating results
  • Good at e-commerce
  • Good at integrating data
  • Good understanding of the customer’s business
  • Strategically strong

The price of the report will depend on the number of buyers, but we expect the price will be 4-6.950,- Euros per country.

The final reports will be available mid May and a Teams presentation of the results are included.

Along with the reports, certificates are issued to the agency that have the strongest agency brand, most satisfied customers and to those that fit the 9 image statements best. The certificates validate the ranking as number 1, and can be used freely in the marketing of the agency.
